Fed: Rudd tips poll to be called in September

KEVIN RUDD says he expects the federal election to be called next month.

The opposition leader's gazed into his crystal ball .. and predicted JOHN HOWARD will
call the election soon after the APEC meetings in Sydney next month.

This would mean the election would be held sometime in October.
